About Us

Founded in 1997, IGF's home office is located in Harrison, Arkansas. We are backed by the expertise of a professional team with years of experience in the fiberglass industry. IGF owns and operates both a grating and fittings factory in China managed by partner Xie Meng who is permanently stationed at the factory. IGF personnel travel to China 4 to 6 times per year to monitor and improve product and delivery and discuss any issues necessary to provide the best service to our customers that we can offer. We maintain a large amount of inventory at our warehouse in Harrison for immediate delivery.
Alfred L Newberry, PE Corporate President - Partner Al has over 35 years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer and is licensed in most states. He owns and operates FEMech Engineering specializing in the design of FRP corrosion resistant tanks, stack liners, pressure vessels, duct pipe etc. Wayne Hudson Corporate Vice President - Partner Wayne, a former production manager with a leading fiberglass company for 10 years has over 35 years of experience in composites.
Xie Meng Corporate Vice President - Partner - Business Manager China Operations Meng is a degreed lawyer with over 30 years in composites. Noble Li Fittings Production Manager Noble has a Bachelor's Degree in Composites Engineering with over 25 years in the composites industry. Ray Shen Grating Production Manager Ray has a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering and over 30 years of experience in composites.
