IGF, Inc. offers a complete line of FRP tank and pipe fittings from stock. We are a manufacturer of fiberglass products, not just an importer, and all of our FRP fittings are manufactured at our ISO 9001-2000 factory which allows us to have complete traceability. All IGF flanges are of Type II construction, Mat plus alternating layers of 1 1/2 oz Mat and 24 oz Woven per ASME RTP-1 table 2A2.
IGF stocks a large variety of flanges, manways, couplings, 90 degree elbows, UVents and blind flanges at our warehouse in Harrison Arkansas for immediate delivery. Resins stocked are Derakane 411 in both MEKP and BPO DMA cure along with Derakane 470 and ISO. Other resins are available upon request.
IGF molded fiberglass grating is offered in three different resin systems, IGF Vinyl Ester, IGF Isophthalic Polyester and IGF General Purpose Polyester, for almost every type of corrosive environment.
IGF also offers the industries finest FRP handrails, platforms and ladders. FRP combines corrosion resistance, long life and low maintenance making it superior to metal systems. Components are lightweight for easy installation.
